Details Unlimited offers three different coating options to best fit our client’s needs. When differentiating between the coatings, it is best to think of “good, better, best” in terms of the level of protection against bugs, bird droppings, staining, and longevity of ceramic protection.
While all of Gyeon’s Coatings are phenomenal in terms of performance AND protection, each coating is advance in the amount of Silica in the coating which increases the durability and Ceramic Properties. These packages offer the best performance and protection when comparing to traditional wax job, not including the longevity; slickness, self cleaning properties, hydrophobic, level of protection, durability, gloss, depth.
We can COME TO YOU for all of these packages, but understand mobile services require a garage for completion. We need to control panel temperatures when polishing/applying the coatings, as well as the drying time out of the elements. All packages, once complete, must sit in a controlled environment for 12 hours for the coating to fully dry. The coating is fully cured in 14 days, which is when you’ll be able to start regular maintenance washes again.

A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that bonds to the clear coat of your car’s paint, creating an extra layer of protection that does not wash off or require reapplication.
The best way to understand coatings is to think of them in terms of “good, better, best”. The best coatings have the highest Silica count in order to create the best protection barrier and self-cleaning properties.
All ceramic sealants and coatings are ultimately better than your typical wax.
Depending on the kind of coating you get, it will create a semi-permanent bond with your paint that can last anywhere from 3 months to the lifetime of the vehicle!
The coating packages below are all professional grade coating options. As you go up in packages, you’ll have better coating performance, durability, and protect different areas of your vehicle.
Level 1 will give you great protection for about a year on the total exterior of your vehicle.
Level 2 will give you a higher performing coating, warranty, but only protect your painted exterior surfaces. You can add on additional areas if you wish!
Level 3 is not only a top performing 2 – layer coating application on the painted surfaces, but includes the surface specific coatings for the ultimate exterior protection. Consider the Interior leather/fabric surface protection options if you’re looking to protect your vehicle inside and out!
Paint Correction is Permanent Repair or Restoration of damaged clear-coated paintwork. It involves removing defects in the top paint layer by DA machine polish to produce a more desired look or finish. Defects include swirl marks, hard water marks, etching, scratches and fading. Paint correction uses different grades of cleanser, polish, or compound.
High quality paint correction requires a certain level of training, experience, skills, and paint work knowledge. This is one of our most sought after services we offer.

PROTECTION FROM UV DAMAGE AND OXIDATION
If a vehicle is often exposed to the sun, its paint will begin to oxidize, resulting in dulled and faded paint. A layer of Ceramic Coating protects a vehicle’s paint from the sun’s ultraviolet rays, thereby reducing the amount of oxidization.
PROTECTION FROM CHEMICAL STAINS AND ETCHING
Another danger for your car’s paint is chemical staining from naturally acidic contaminants. By creating a chemically resistant surface, a ceramic coating can keep some contaminants from bonding to your vehicle’s paint. Your vehicle will be more resistant to staining and etching, provided the contaminant is removed in a timely manner.
EASIER TO CLEAN
One of the most significant features of a Ceramic Coating is that it is hydrophobic, which is a fancy way of saying it repels water. When a vehicle has a hydrophobic ceramic coating, water will bead on the surface and slide off more easily. This means that mud and grime will have a more difficult time bonding to your vehicle’s paint, and when you wash your car, contaminants are removed with less effort.

Gyeon’s Rim is a Temperature-Resistant rim coating that provides extreme ease of maintenance when it comes to cleaning your rims.
Compared to other Rim Coatings on the market, Gyeon’s Rim is extremely resistant to aggressive chemicals.This means that the coating can withstand harsh washing without being removed.
GYEON’S TRIM
Durability: 24 Months
Gyeon’s Trim is not only applicable on exterior plastic, but it can also be applied to piano-black trim and exterior light covers as well.
Compared to other “trim restoration” products, Gyeon’s Trim is SiO2 based. This means that not only does the coating restore color to your trim, but it also creates a thick layer of protection on top of your trim.

Our Pricing
All ceramic coating applications require some form of paint correction. Without prior paint correction, the properties and longevity of a ceramic coating will be diminished. The self-cleaning attributes, surface slickness, and proper adhesion of the coating require a completely smooth surface to perform at its best. Minor scratches and swirls will not only be permanent under the coating, but will disrupt the Ceramic Coating’s properties.
